Maintenance requests are received by our admin. staff Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. If this is an urgent matter, please call our office at (916)444-9898.

If you have an after hours call, still proceed to dial (916)444-9898 and you will be directed to an after hours hotline. Before filling out this Maintenance Request, please read the Introduction and Tenant Responsibilities section.
