Light fixture not working?
Replace the bulb. Locate and check the breaker box to see if a breaker is tripped. Reset the breaker.

Electrical outlet not working?
Locate and check the breaker box to see if a breaker is tripped. Make sure you do not have too much load on any circuit (e.g. a space heater and hair dryer on the same outlet.) If the problem is an outlet located at the kitchen or bath, check the GFCI reset switch.

Smoke detector is beeping?
Install a new fresh battery.

No Electricity or Gas Service?
Contact PG&E at 1.800.743.5000 to determine if there are any outages in the area.

Heavy gas smell?
Locate gas shut off valve and turn off. Open all the windows to air out the apartment. Call PGE Immediately for an emergency repair. Please also contact our office to let us know.

Dryer taking too long to dry clothes?
Clean the lint trap before and after each use.

Heater not working?
Check the pilot light. If it is not lit or it is the first use of the season call PG&E at 1.800.743.5000 for a free Safety Inspection.
